Certified public accountant and tax consultant,
business valuation expert

After graduating from his studies in economics at the Justus Liebig University Gießen in 1988, Mr Hülsmeier worked for international accountancy and consulting firms focusing mainly on business valuations and corporate finance.

He commands extensive project experience and has advised German and international clients of varied sizes and in varied sectors on corporate purchase, sale and reorganisation. Mr Hülsmeier also has many years of experience as a court appraiser and arbitrator.

Mr Hülsmeier took the tax consultant examination in 1991 and passed the certified public accountant examination in 1993. He is also a publicly certified and sworn business valuation expert (ICC Frankfurt am Main) and member on the “business valuation” expert panel of the ICC Frankfurt Main, which has nationwide responsibility for the professional review of the experts in this specialist field.
